HOW TO DO IT

  1. 01Ride 2–3 hours at endurance pace (60–70% FTP), fuelling well.
  2. 02Then 2 × 15–20 minutes at 95–100% FTP with 5 minutes easy between.
  3. 03Cool down 10 minutes.
